What Movements Do We Use?
All watches are made with a mechanical Seiko NH35 or a mechanical NH36 movement
Are All Watches Hand Painted?
Yes! Every watch is hand painted meaning no two watches are the same. Each watch is a piece unique.
Do We Take Custom Orders?
Custom orders are not available at this time however if any brand are looking to collaborate on a collection, please get in touch by emailing info@gallerywatches.com
How Do I Set The Time And Date On My Gallery Watch?
Gallery watches can be set by unscrewing the crown and pulling it out to the second notch. The seconds hand is stopped, allowing you to set the time. To set the date, unscrew the crown and pull it out to the first notch.
Should The Date Change At Midnight On My Gallery Watch?
The date changes over a period of a few minutes either a few minutes before or after midnight.
If the watch has a day feature, it may take a little bit longer for the day to change.
Does My Gallery Watch Have Batteries?
No. The Seiko NH35 and NH36 movement is a mechanical, self-winding movement that doesn't require a battery. Instead, it's powered by the energy stored in a wound mainspring. The movement can be wound manually or automatically by using the wearer's wrist motion.

How Long Will It Take To Receive My Order?
Each watch is made to order so delivery times can vary. In order to ensure we are maintaining a high quality, we say it can take up to a month for your order to be shipped with the aim of getting your watch to you even earlier.
Can I Change Or Cancel My Order Online Once It Has Been Placed?

Can I Track/Follow The Status Of My Order?
Once your order is shipped, you will automatically receive a tracking number via email.
